Speech by the President of Al-Maarifa University

Praise be to God who taught with the pen, taught mankind what he did not know, and may blessings and peace be upon the teacher of humanity, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions.

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, who taught by the pen, taught humanity what it did not know. Peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, the teacher of humanity, and upon his family and companions.

I'm delighted to welcome you to Almaarefa University website. This esteemed institution draws its vision from the aspirations of a nation that strives for leadership and walks confidently towards a future where development is shaped by knowledge, and capabilities are built on firm foundations of values, innovation, and excellence.

We at Al-Maarifa University are not satisfied with education as it is, but rather we are reshaping it to keep pace with the changes of the times and anticipate the needs of the future. We constantly strive to develop our programs, stimulate applied scientific research, and expand national and international partnerships, in a way that enhances our impact in building a sustainable knowledge economy. What distinguishes Almaarefa University is its deep belief in its values: integrity, belonging, excellence, and teamwork. These are values that are not only written on the walls, but rather are translated into daily behavior, a system of decisions, and an institutional culture that we cherish.

Finally, we believe that every student is a potential success story, and every member of our community is a partner in building. We ask Allah for guidance and success, striving to be worthy of this trust, and for Almaarefa University to remain a beacon of knowledge, a field of excellence, and a source of inspiration.
God grants success.
