The study at the College of Medicine follows a horizontal integrated curriculum system in basic medical sciences, whereby all basic medical sciences are taught together within a systematic, integrated study of the body’s systems individually, with clinical application additions that provide elements of vertical integration from the beginning. This makes it easier for the student to understand the strong relationship between basic sciences, such as the structure and anatomy of body systems, their medical function, and the diseases that occur in them, in addition to the applied clinical aspects. The study plan is divided into four stages, as follows:
